Do You Take Insurance Claims?

Yes, we accept all insurance for any minor collision.

What If I Don't Have Insurance?

We can always write a customer pay estimate.

(Insurance not required)

Can I Get An Estimate Over The Phone?

We do not do estimates over the phone due to inaccuracies in price.

How Do I Know If My Repairs Are Minor?

We have provided before and after examples of  some types of minor collision repairs. Of course, you can bring your car in for an estimate and we will be happy to assist you. If the repair is classified as “major”, we also have a full service collision center located next door.

What If My Repairs Don't Meet Your Criteria?

If the repairs are more than we can handle, we also have a collision center that handles major repairs.

What If You Find More Damage Once You Begin Repairs?

We will call to go over them with you and discuss options.

Will My Paint Color Match?

Yes, we will go off the manufactures paint code on your vehicle.

Do I Need An Appointment?

Although helpful, appointments are not necessary for estimates or drop offs.

Do You Offer A Warranty?

Yes, a lifetime warranty of paint and body work as long as you own the vehicle and a manufacture warranty of parts.

What Will It Cost Me To Get An Estimate?

Nothing, all estimates are free of charge.

What Forms Of Payment Are Accepted?

All credit cards, personal checks, cash and insurance checks.

(Cash must be exact)

Do You Offer Payment Plans?

No, all repairs must be paid in full at the time of pick up.
